Seasons is seeking a Care Attendant for its Ponoka residence. You will support residents through professional, dignified interactions, respond to medical, physical, and emotional needs, and collaborate with the Health and Wellness Manager. Training is provided for safe medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver person-centered care with dignity and compassion
- Administer medications safely after Seasons-provided training
- Follow infection control policies and procedures
- Assist with resident housekeeping and laundry tasks




- Respond to resident needs with the Health and Wellness Manager

Requirements:

- Hold current First Aid and CPR certification
- Communicate effectively using written and verbal instructions
- Organize and prioritize workload during scheduled shifts
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and understanding
- Meet vaccination, background check, VSS, and TB requirements
