Lead technically difficult truck and coach repairs with Ryder using strong mechanical skills and advanced diagnostics in Kitchener, Ontario.

As a 310T Licensed Mechanic/Technician, you provide Ryder’s highest level of vehicle repair experience and expertise. You will diagnose and repair vehicle systems, complete overhauls and rebuilds, and guide other technicians. This full-time permanent position follows a two-week rotating weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, electrical, and cooling systems
- Complete major overhauls, rebuilds, and technically difficult assignments
- Road test vehicles as necessary during repair work
- Provide maintenance and diagnostic guidance to technicians
- Follow federal, provincial,



and corporate compliance guidelines

Requirements:

- Robust mechanical skills across vehicle components and systems
- Applied experience with preventative maintenance and diagnostics
- Advanced engine, after-treatment, or fuel-injection repairs required
- Vocational or technical certification preferred
- Availability for shift work, weekends, and on-call duty
