This Theatre Liaison works within Events, Theatre and Hospitality Services across Taylor Centre, Ross Glen Hall, and Wright & Leacock Theatres. The versatile schedule varies from three hours per shift to thirty-five hours weekly. You will supervise ushers, head ushers, and box office staff while supporting consistent venue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house teams during performances and events
• Monitor staff attendance, timeclock entries, appearance, and tardiness
• Interact with patrons, presenters, and artists during events
• Coordinate house loading with technical back-of-house staff
• Coordinate with parking and security services as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 12 to 18 months of previous experience
• Availability for variable, irregular event schedules
