FirstService Residential seeks a Security Concierge for an onsite Toronto community. You will provide resident information, manage messages, schedule authorized vendor access, and protect client property. The work requires organization, attention to detail, calm responses, and strong communication. A valid Ontario Security License is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident questions and provide directions or instructions
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
- Maintain confidential information and protect resident privacy




- Perform patrols and respond to emergencies and fire alarms
- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software updates

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift fifty pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
