Build liquor retail experience through customer service, register operations, and shelf merchandising at Angry Otter Liquor @ Cambie. Work in Vancouver, BC, with Otter Co-op.

This Part time Liquor Store Associate reports to the Liquor Store Manager and supports guests throughout their shopping experience. You will process sales, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards, promote products using product knowledge, and maintain clean, organized areas. Liquor retail experience is preferred, while WSET 1 or higher is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist guests courteously and efficiently throughout the store
- Promote sales through accurate product knowledge
- Process register transactions, refunds, returns, and gift cards




- Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
- Contribute to Integrity, Community, and Excellence values

Requirements:

- Serving It Right certification is required
- Career interest in Retail Store Operations
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, and late evenings
