Support manufacturing performance through skilled leadership. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager leads department resources, personnel, and strategic maintenance activities. The position partners with Operations leadership to optimize plant safety, product quality, machinery availability, and equipment performance. Responsibilities span preventative and predictive maintenance, capital projects, continuous improvement, and workforce development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance teams to optimize safety, quality, and reliability Manage capital projects, suppliers, and current equipment integration Develop plans supporting safety, quality, productivity, reliability,



and OEE Coordinate maintenance planning with the Maintenance Supervisor Coach workers and conduct performance reviews with direct reports Requirements:

Related technical degree, diploma, trades certification, and technical training Manufacturing maintenance management or supervisory experience Corrugated packaging maintenance leadership experience highly desired Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills Bring maintenance leadership, capital project expertise, and equipment reliability focus to Atlantic Packaging’s Hannon manufacturing operation.
