This seasonal position supports the Back-of-House Manager while preparing and plating VIP food offerings. You will set up stations, stock ingredients, follow plating specifications, and maintain food quality. The work serves guests in an adults-only environment featuring licensed lounges and reserved seating.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients
- Prepare vegetables, meat, sauces, and other food components
- Prepare and plate food for lounge and in-seat service
- Follow plating specifications and deliver orders promptly




- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, inventory, sanitation, and safety standards

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as kitchen staff
