We take a “soft-eyes” view of what ‘paid growth’ includes. You won’t just be cruising the ad platforms - you’ll manage visuals, provide CRO recommendations, and think strategically about your clients’ CAC to LTV. This is a full-time, remote-first position, reporting to the Group Director of Paid Growth, best suited to someone with experience managing 5- and 6-figure monthly budgets.Responsibilities-Campaign Management: You are proficient in both Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. You stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry trends to inform your strategies.
