Manufacturing Engineering Co-op supporting process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects within the Operations Team. This eight-month term runs January 2027 through September 2027.

At INNIO, the Manufacturing Co-op supports assignments that optimize manufacturing processes. You will analyze process data, investigate atypical events, and contribute to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The work also includes production equipment qualification and Technical Operations process executions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, trend, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes
- Analyze efficiency, quality, throughput, and yield problems
- Compile data and perform statistical root-cause investigations
- Support product prove out and equipment qualification activities




- Prepare technical reports and present process results

Requirements:

- Currently completing Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related degree
- Experience working within a manufacturing setting
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
