Chipotle Crew Members create friendly customer experiences while preparing food in the restaurant. Training supports work across stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Prior experience is not required, with backgrounds in dishwashing, cashiering, serving, hosting, bartending, cooking, or preparation welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work across grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to restaurant guests
- Create the friendly atmosphere customers expect
- Support team members across restaurant stations

Requirements:

- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Communicate in the work location’s primary language
