This General Merchandise Associate position combines customer service with retail merchandising responsibilities. You greet shoppers, support product selection, help locate merchandise, and assist purchase decisions. Your work also includes feature merchandise placement, product protection, modular setup, shelf caps, and Front End coverage when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready sales floors
- Move feature merchandise to modular locations
- Process recovery merchandise from store areas
- Set modulars, flex modulars, and shelf caps
- Assist with Front End coverage when required
Requirements:
- Must be age 16 or older
- Open availability for wide-ranging shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive stocking tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and consistency
