AMD seeks a motivated intern or co-op student supporting verification of high-end Machine Intelligence products. You will work with senior engineers and designers on test plans, simulation cases, models, and system-level testing. The assignment may include Perl, Python, MySQL, PHP, and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build performance verification test plans and simulation test cases
- Write Perl or Python resource tracking scripts
- Support test regression flows using specified tools
- Debug simulation models and Verilog or SystemVerilog code




- Perform system-level testing and production validation tasks

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a Canada-based university bachelor’s program
- Electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or related major
- Experience with C++, Python, C, Perl, Shell, or UVM
- Understanding of digital systems and computer organization
- Valid work authorization for this role
