Provide personal care and companionship in the Lakeshore and Islington area, assisting a wheelchair user with daily living needs. Day and overnight shifts are available.

This part time payroll position supports a 23-year-old wheelchair user managing care directly through the Centre of Independent Living. Attendants assist with muscular dystrophy-related care, including hygiene, dressing, transfers, meals, and medication administration. Shifts run seven to eleven hours, two to four days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with activities of daily living
- Prepare meals, including non-vegetarian cooking
- Support hygiene and dressing routines
- Complete machine-assisted transfers without physical lifting
- Provide companionship and administer medicine

Requirements:

- Eligibility to work a payroll job in Canada
- Positive and friendly approach to personal care
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- High level of empathy
- Availability for day or overnight shifts
