As Assistant Department Manager, Centre of Store, you will assist with leading team members at Save-On-Foods. Coach, mentor, and provide resources while supporting training, development, performance management, rewards, recognition, and future-leader development. Use community and competitive knowledge to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with leading the Centre of Store team
- Coach, mentor, and support team members
- Communicate important messages with the team
- Develop strategies using community and industry knowledge
- Count stock accurately and maintain correct inventory amounts

Requirements:

- Open availability and availability for 40 hours weekly
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Food Safe Certification
- Passion for great food and outstanding customer service
- Robust work ethic, integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to go extra mile
