Work regular night shifts at Yee Hong, monitoring building systems, securing entrances, and responding to resident and property emergencies.

As a building security officer, you will provide concierge coverage after office hours and help maintain safe living environments. The work includes CCTV observation, access control, patrols, complaint response, lockouts, fire alarms, and resident support. You will communicate with property teams and follow established emergency, health, safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor fire alarms, exit lights, and security systems
- Enforce property rules and maintain building safety
- Respond promptly to resident complaints and emergency incidents




- Perform scheduled patrols and inspect facilities and equipment
- Assist with events, fire drills, and resident safety

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License and high school completion
- Experience in condominium concierge and security services
- Proficiency with computers, cell phones, and pagers
- English and Chinese communication skills, oral and written
- Current First Aid/CPR and WHMIS Certification
