The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Coordinator oversees kettle operations in malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets. You will organize staffing, support campaign workers, coordinate kettle deliveries, and respond to donor questions. The position also involves accurate records, site relationships, and campaign equipment retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, support, and assign campaign staff and volunteers
- Coordinate schedules and respond to emergency absences
- Deliver and retrieve kettles while securing donations




- Visit locations during shift changes and intermittently
- Submit weekly timesheets, mileage reports, and statistical data

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of related or customer service experience
- Some high school coursework; completion is an asset
- Valid Ontario Class G licence, vehicle, and insurance
- Word processing and spreadsheet experience using Word and Excel
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
