The Charge Nurse supports the efficient operation of the unit and facilitates change through continuous quality improvement to meet the care needs of our patients/clients. Skills and Qualifications Required: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred and current, unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario 2 - 5 years recent and related clinical experience Previous experience in leadership roles Previous participation on inter-professional committees Position Responsibilities:
