As a Data Engineer, you will address real RBC business challenges within a flexible, start-up environment. You will work with business, data, and programming specialists to create a product and pitch it to stakeholders. The program includes mentors, coaches, subject matter experts, and technical training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop an innovative product addressing a real business challenge
- Design, troubleshoot, and develop a functional prototype
- Collaborate with specialists, mentors, and executive sponsors
- Apply design thinking and agile development training




- Present project strategy and communications to executives

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
- Graduating between August 2027 and June 2028
- Experience with data transformation, engineering, cleaning, and mining
- Understanding of programming, databases, platforms, and frameworks
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills

Develop RBC solutions through data engineering, up-to-date data science, prototype creation, and stakeholder presentations in Vancouver.
