Manage SSL/TLS certificates and PKI operations in a hybrid IT Security Analyst assignment based in Scarborough, Ontario. Support a leading financial institution.

This three-month assignment supports one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks. The IT Security Analyst executes end-to-end operational processes for Public Key Infrastructure and certificates. Responsibilities include ServiceNow workflows, certificate lifecycle management, authority services, inventories, and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned service queues, requests, procedures, and quality standards
- Coordinate intake, validation, fulfillment, and closure through ServiceNow
- Monitor risks, bottlenecks, exceptions, and escalation requirements
- Manage certificate issuance, renewal, replacement, revocation,



and recovery
- Maintain certificate inventories, ownership records, and implementation updates

Requirements:

- Three years working with SSL/TLS certificates and PKI concepts
- Solid computer literacy across multiple systems
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing and workflow platform experience
- Accuracy managing high-volume operational workloads
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
