Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, this contract consultant attracts and screens qualified, diverse talent. You will learn complex requirements, support hiring managers, and protect candidate experience during a temporary four-to-five-month leave coverage assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers
• Post jobs and manage recruitment advertisements
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout
• Screen candidates and recommend qualified applicants to hiring teams
• Maintain Lever recruiting data for accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Experience supporting specialized recruiting requirements
• Ability to collaborate with department managers and stakeholders
• Understanding of candidate and hiring manager experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
• Availability for four-to-five-month contract coverage
