As Social Media Coordinator, you will represent both properties across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role combines guest support, content ideation, brand-focused writing, and CRM reporting. You will also monitor conversations and maintain accurate knowledge of property offerings and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest comments and direct messages accurately
• Identify quality user-generated content for social channels
• Review posts for factual and brand alignment
• Remove inappropriate comments under social media guidelines
• Track trends, innovations, and social best practices

Requirements:

• One to two years managing social media marketing
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and ideation
• Degree or certificate in marketing or communications is an asset
• Ability to pass basic security clearance
