Support memorable events at the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel through warm guest service, menu knowledge, and smooth banquet room changes.

This permanent full time Banquet Server position combines serving, event-space preparation, guest assistance, and venue reset duties. You will help create buffets and food stations, describe menu items, time courses, and maintain polished stations. You will also suggest wine and after-dinner options when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare event rooms with linens, silverware, and glassware
- Follow Banquet Event Orders during setup
- Know menus and describe selections to guests
- Time courses and provide warm, attentive service
- Suggest beverages, manage checks, and reset venues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- ProServe Certification
- Prior hospitality customer service experience
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to lift heavy objects

Use menu expertise, service timing, and event preparation skills to support Renaissance banquet guests throughout each function.
