Under the Restaurant Manager, the Busser welcomes guests, assigns tables, presents menus, and supports servers and bartenders. The work helps maintain customer experience through refreshed water, cleared tables, prepared settings, and clear service communication. This part time position requires availability during days and evenings, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and assign tables according to their needs
- Present menus and answer general guest questions
- Refresh water glasses and clear finished tables
- Clean and prepare tables with dishes and utensils
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to MAPAQ standards

Requirements:

- Relevant customer service or food service experience
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Multidisciplinary approach with good stress management
- Ability to work long hours standing
- MAPAQ hygiene certification is an asset
