You will play a key role in driving store performance through strong merchandising execution, inventory replenishment, and team leadership.

A typical day:

- Lead daily store operations with a solid focus on merchandising standards
- Oversee inventory replenishment and stock flow in a high-volume environment
- Support and motivate retail team members to achieve performance goals
- Organize daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized and customer-ready retail environment

Successful candidates will have:





- Bring a minimum of 5 years’ retail experience including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise
- Show flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required
- Perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism
