The Rockland Park Homeowners Association seeks a part time Ambassador as the first point of contact for residents and patrons. You will validate memberships, answer inquiries, process annual encumbrance fees, complete program registrations, and support facility rentals. Shifts may include weekday evenings and weekends, with a monthly schedule provided two weeks in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate memberships and scan cards at the entrance gate
- Process registrations, payments, bookings, and point-of-sale transactions
- Answer phone, email, and facility rental inquiries professionally
- Promote programs, clubs,



activities, and events
- Complete safety paperwork and communicate shift occurrences

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Legal age of 18 or older for alcohol service
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- CPR, First Aid, Pro-Serve, and Food Handlers certification or willingness
