Keep commercial kitchen operations sanitary through dishwashing, equipment care, and detailed cleaning. This position focuses on consistent sanitation across dishes, work areas, and kitchen equipment.

As a Sanitation Dishwasher, you will clean assigned items and maintain orderly kitchen spaces. Your duties include polishing silver, washing food preparation surfaces, removing trash, and handling supplies. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred, while industrial washing machine experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polish silver using assigned machines, chemicals, and hand tools
- Maintain clean, functional equipment meeting safety standards
- Wash kitchen walls,



refrigerators, meat blocks, and worktables
- Remove trash and clean garbage cans

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Industrial washing machine experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to perform position duties
