Support White Cap warehouse operations through loading, inventory verification, and material handling in a physically active indoor workplace. This position requires dependable execution.

As a Warehouse Associate I, you will perform specialized or generalized warehouse tasks across loading, unloading, picking, stocking, staging, shipping, returns, forklift, and counter activities. White Cap serves contractors with building materials and related products through approximately 500 branches across North America. The work follows prescribed processes under close supervision, with guidance available for non-routine issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload materials from racks, shelves, and vehicles
- Sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport goods




- Verify system inventory matches floor inventory
- Stack lumber, boards, pallets, and other materials
- Maintain work areas and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Zero to two years of relevant experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand over 60 minutes
- Forklift experience and machine knowledge preferred
