This Project Manager provides overall leadership for assigned construction projects. The position requires construction experience, project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and cost control knowledge. Success depends on coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while managing risks, opportunities, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities:
