Drive FP&A; business partnership at BlueCat through advanced Excel, financial modeling, and clear analysis for commercial leaders. Support globally distributed teams.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will support Sales, Qualified Services, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders. Own monthly variance analysis, reforecasting, stakeholder reviews, and Board reporting. Build trusted financial views that help leaders evaluate spending, headcount, performance, pricing, packaging, hiring, and program ROI. Bring four to six years of progressive FP&A;, corporate finance, or business partnering experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with commercial leaders on spending, headcount, and performance decisions
- Lead monthly variance analysis and stakeholder reviews
- Manage reforecasts covering headcount, commissions,



and program spending
- Prepare Board, sponsor, and executive reporting packages
- Support annual budgeting with documented functional assumptions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Four to six years of progressive FP&A; or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication with non-finance leaders and Board audiences
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription economics
