This Merchandiser position maintains organized backrooms and consumer-focused product displays in a locally operated store. Responsibilities include BIMI processes, PDT and MMS systems, exit strategy, product returns, and receiving documentation. Success requires efficiency, neatness, sound judgment, and adaptability on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow receiving policies and procedures for merchandise
- Maintain neat, organized backrooms and store standards
- Complete documentation for received and returned goods
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed




- Maintain displays that remain consumer focused and shoppable

Requirements:

- Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to cope with changing sales-floor situations
- Accuracy and efficiency with cash responsibilities when applicable
- Ability to record keep and work independently
- Availability for adaptable shifts, including nights and weekends
