Set up injection molds and run presses on Integrity’s afternoon shift, using careful preparation, communication, and attention to detail.

As a Set-Up Technician, you will situate tools in presses and prepare molds for tryouts. You will interact with customers and program managers during part runs. Reporting to the Validation Team Leader, you will support press operations, packaging, maintenance, and material handling while following company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist process technicians with mold setup and press removal
- Prepare upcoming molds for tryouts
- Run presses and pack parts to customer instructions
- Prepare boxes, bags, foam, and labels for runs
- Assist with press maintenance and material handling

Requirements:

- Availability for a steady mid-day or afternoon shift
- Machine setup experience is an asset, not required
- Robust work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to follow leader direction and company procedures
- Communication, organization, adaptability, and safety compliance
