Provide resident-focused personal care at Grey Gables in Markdale, Ontario, supporting daily living and safe, respectful long-term care. This permanent part-time position has no guaranteed hours.

Grey County’s Long-Term Care department is recruiting three Personal Support Workers for existing vacancies. Working under RPN and/or RN direction, you will follow resident care plans, document care, and support recreational and therapeutic activities. The role requires customer service excellence and care aligned with the Colour It resident-led philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care within PSW scope and resident care plans
- Observe, report, record, and follow directed resident care
- Participate in care conferences with the interdisciplinary team




- Document delivered care using assigned tools
- Maintain protected environments using infection control principles

Requirements:

- Approved personal support worker program or Ontario Regulation 79/10 qualifications
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Written and verbal interpersonal communication proficiency
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow direction
- Caring, empathetic, collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
