As a Dairy Frozen Department Manager, you coordinate merchandise and Associate activities while assisting the Management Team. Your responsibilities span cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and sanitation. You also help maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, budgets, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dairy and frozen merchandise and department activities
- Order merchandise on time for department needs
- Maintain product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
- Complete thermometer calibrations and temperature recording
- Follow mark-up, mark-down, clearance, and pricing procedures
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
