The position also supports access control, property protection, and confidential resident information. A valid Ontario Security License is required, while a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident questions, clarify needs, and provide directions
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
