You will drive manufacturing excellence, lean initiatives, and a culture of accountability to deliver secure, quality-driven production. You will lead a large team of hourly employees, partner with the Plant Manager, and advance Ford's production system while managing costs, throughput, and continuous improvement across the site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
