Intercare Brentwood Care Centre in Calgary, AB, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager RN to lead the care team at the unit level. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, implementing IP&C; guidelines, and supporting the care team through planning, coordination and evaluation of services.

You will drive continuous quality improvement, coordinate admissions and care conferences, and work with HR on recruitment and staff development.
