As a Commercial Superintendent, you direct commercial reconstruction and contracting projects while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. You coordinate crews, subcontractors, and resources, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate with project managers, clients, and adjusters. Your leadership supports documented progress, explicit communication, safe work, and accountable site operations.
