The Sales Associate I assists The Salvation Army’s Reno Adult Rehabilitation Program through thrift store operations. You will stock merchandise, maintain orderly displays, process cash transactions, and prepare daily paperwork. Customer service, telephone communication, cleaning, and store access responsibilities are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock, clean, and rag out donated goods
- Operate the cash register and prepare daily paperwork
- Open and close the store using assigned keys
- Assist customers promptly and courteously
- Maintain clean, orderly store and assigned areas

Requirements:

- Handle cash, make change, and operate a register
- Follow instructions without direct supervision
- Build positive rapport with customers
- Possess a valid Nevada Class C Driver License
- Be at least 21 and complete vehicle course training
