Lead customer experience on the retail floor as a Key Lead, using product knowledge, coaching, and sales focus to support store performance.

As part of the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. store leadership team, you will act as Floor Supervisor and guide Brand Representatives and Stock Associates. You will help operations run effectively while supporting customer experience and daily sales achievement. At least 16 weekly hours are expected, with weekend and certain holiday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform opening and closing routines
- Guide and coach Brand Representatives and Stock Associates
- Operate register and point of sale systems
- Drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness
- Analyze reporting and support store decision making

Requirements:

- At least one year of preferred retail experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Solid communication, initiative, and confidence
- Weekend, holiday, and peak-period availability
