As an Immersive Technology Specialist, you will support immersive education and research with academic departments, faculty, researchers, and instructional designers. You will develop XR content, maintain equipment, and help implement learning experiences. The position reports to the Director, Immersive Technologies and Simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop in-house immersive technology experiences with internal teams
- Configure, troubleshoot, and manage XR equipment across campuses
- Plan demonstrations, workshops, training, and orientation sessions
- Coordinate pilots for recent XR content in selected courses




- Track loaned devices and maintain cleaning protocols

Requirements:

- Three-year diploma or degree in a related field
- Three years of programming, game development, or XR experience
- Experience integrating immersive technologies in educational environments
- Advanced understanding of immersive technologies and applications
- Proficient communication, listening, conflict, and priority-management skills
