As a Data Entry Specialist, you will maintain clean, current CRM records supporting Sales pipeline management. The two-month contract may be extended. Success requires computer literacy, careful verification, strong organization, and effective prioritization while processing incoming requests and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and save client and deal information in Salesforce
- Review submissions and flag opportunities requiring follow-up
- Prioritize requests and correspondence using predetermined criteria




- Verify customer details and maintain accurate records
- Complete deal lifecycle data entry and due diligence tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Data entry, administrative, or sales support experience preferred
- High computer literacy and solid accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
