BGRE seeks a full-time Corporate Host for its Royal Bank Building location. You will represent BGRE by creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting positive tenant experiences. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
- Maintain a continuous presence in common areas
- Direct couriers, contractors, and other agents appropriately
- Support lobby events, parking validation, and tenant handouts
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate incident responses

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer applications
- Solid organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Calm, adaptable, and professional approach under pressure
