As a 3rd Key, also called Sales Help Keyholder, you support the Lids retail experience. You help customers select licensed headwear and apparel that reflects team pride and personal style. The position combines sales, product presentation, inventory support, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve revenue growth through customer service
- Meet or exceed individual company goals
- Maintain visual standards, signage, and store cleanliness
- Process shipments and reset merchandise
- Protect company assets under Lids policies

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand constantly throughout shifts
- Ability to walk frequently during shifts
- Ability to operate computer and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
