Perform technical consulting in various offerings, such as root cause failure analysis, reliability centered maintenance, uptime, and system preventative maintenance.Essential FunctionsIdentify, prioritize, design, and implement facility and equipment upgrades to improve safety, cost, capacity, and quality of manufacturingLead the site Mechanical Reliability Team through identification and resolution of recurring reliability issuesAssist in tracking maintenance, quality, and root cause metrics to analyze and create predictive maintenance activitiesPerform improvement audits at plant location in both leadership and support capacityIdentify gaps in the site’s work practices and help define the business value for improvements; develop strategies, program proposals, improvement programs,
