Support school-age children as a part time Assistant Teacher with the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka across Bradford and Innisfil locations.

This School Age Float role creates nurturing environments through supervision, safety, and play-based learning. You will support children independently in groups of up to 15, communicate with families and staff, and provide inclusive care for additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, first aid, medication, and dietary monitoring
- Supervise children and maintain safety in group settings
- Plan and implement play-based YMCA Curriculum learning
- Communicate professionally with families, staff, and volunteers
- Support inclusive environments for children with additional needs

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- First Aid and CPR Level C certification or timely completion
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
- Current immunizations or approved equivalent
