This Member Services Representative position serves members, prospective members, and guests at the Planet Fitness club. You will manage front desk activities, answer questions, update accounts, and support membership sign-ups. The role also includes maintaining club cleanliness and completing assigned checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests professionally
- Answer phones and assist callers with questions
- Check members into the system
- Conduct tours and sign up current members
- Complete cleaning lists, walk-arounds, and bathroom checks
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and independent work ability
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
