Allied Universal seeks a Security Regional Trainer to coordinate, develop, and deliver programs across multiple sites. The role supports employee onboarding, strengthens operational competencies, and maintains consistent training practices. Success requires security operations knowledge, communication skills, and organized documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver security onboarding and refresher training programs
- Facilitate classroom and practical training sessions
- Assess employee knowledge, competency, and training effectiveness
- Teach emergency response, incident reporting, safety, and customer service




- Maintain training records, certifications, and assessment documentation

Requirements:

- Experience in security operations, training, or related fields
- Knowledge of security procedures and licensing requirements
- Training, coaching, or group instruction experience is an asset
- Strong presentation, instructional, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel between Alberta and Manitoba regional sites
