This Sales Associate position combines customer service, point-of-sale transactions, donation processing, and merchandise presentation. You will maintain organized sales areas, support volunteers, and follow safety procedures. The work includes receiving, sorting, pricing, storing, and preparing donated items while meeting assigned daily targets. A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, WHMIS Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and three months of related experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide positive, courteous service to customers
- Process accurate cash and debit or credit transactions
- Receive, sort, price, store,



and process donations
- Maintain tidy displays, sales floors, workstations, and property
- Support volunteers and complete assigned daily targets

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- WHMIS Certificate and First Aid Certificate
- Minimum three months of related experience
- Background Check with vulnerable sector screening
- Integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and safety awareness
