RBC Amplify seeks a Business Analyst in Calgary to research, build, and pitch cutting-edge products through cross-functional collaboration. Students develop real solutions.

This full-time summer program welcomes post-secondary students graduating between August 2027 and June 2028. As a Business Analyst, you will organize projects, build business cases, create prototypes, and communicate solutions. You will work with business, data, and programming specialists while applying critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Immerse yourself in real RBC business challenges
- Organize projects and develop compelling business cases
- Design, troubleshoot, and develop functional prototypes
- Collaborate with experts, mentors, sponsors,



and stakeholders
- Present strategy, communications, and solutions to executives

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution
- Graduating between August 2027 and June 2028
- Communicate business value clearly and effectively
- Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and time management
- Show interest or experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
