Support Summerhill Market’s scratch-made food production in Rosedale, Toronto, through accurate packaging, food safety, and organized preparation work. This is a full-time position.

Working as a Deli Production Clerk, you will help produce the boutique grocer’s fresh deli offerings. Your duties include preparing meats and cheeses, assembling charcuterie, following recipes, and meeting production schedules. Product quality and presentation remain central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production schedules
- Prepare and package meats, cheeses, and specialty products
- Monitor freshness, quality, and inventory levels
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deli products




- Meet daily production targets with the deli team

Requirements:

- Previous food production or deli experience is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in production environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays as required
